Carrington Cookies began in 2021 with a simple idea: to make the kind of cookies you reach for every day — only better.

What started as a passion for baking has grown into a proudly local cookie brand, creating delicious, quality cookies for homes, gifting, events and businesses.

We believe a good cookie doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs great ingredients, great flavour and that just-one-more type of feeling.

BEHIND THE COOKIES

What began in my kitchen has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

As a mom of four little kids, Carrington Cookies has become a dream that I’ve been building alongside the beautiful chaos of raising a family. It started simply with my love for baking, but somewhere along the way, it became something I wanted to see grow into so much more.

There has been many late nights, plenty of experimenting, lots of learning and more cookies than I could possibly count. And through it all, I’m still learning, still growing and still dreaming bigger.

My hope is to build Carrington Cookies into something truly special — a brand that grows far beyond my own kitchen, while never losing sight of where it all started.

There’s still so much I want to do with Carrington Cookies, and in many ways, I feel like we’re only just getting started.
