Delivery information
South African Addresses:
Carrington Cookies ships orders to addresses within Gauteng at this time only. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our Vereeniging Office.
Gauteng Addresses:
Orders places online for the Gauteng region will have the following options:
- Shipping flat rate: R99
- Free delivery*: Orders exceeding R500 (Please note that you will have to select this option during checkout)
Other Provinces Addresses:
Orders places online for the other regions (not Gauteng) will have the following options:
- Shipping: R120 for the first item and R20 for every additional item.
- We currently only ship non-frozen items.
Shipping from stockists:
Carrington Cookies does not control any shipping from its stockists. If you would like to arrange shipping from a stockist closer to you, please contact them directly and request their pricing.
Processing Time:
Our processing time is usually between 24 – 48 hours once payment has cleared.
Baked Products
Please Allow 1 – 5 Working Days for your order to be ready before it is ready for shipping. All cookies are baked as per order.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time for major city areas: 2 – 7 working days
Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 8 to 14 working days
***Due to the ongoing lockdown, courier services and suppliers may have delays. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 working days on top of the current estimated delivery times on all orders.
Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped without the full payment amount cleared.
Return / Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (being frozen), Carrington Cookies makes sure that all its products are supplied correctly and to the highest of qualities and does not accept any returns or issue any refunds or exchanges.
However, should products be incorrectly supplied or damaged, it will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued), a full refund will be given.
The products remain unopened and unused at all, proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied and the products must still be in their original packaging.
Carrington Cookies is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred. There will be no refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returns.
